Tomato Gardening

I live in Eastern North Carolina, and I decided a little bit late in the season to attempt growing tomatoes for the first time. At the end of July, I purchased a fully grown tomato plant. Within a couple of weeks flowers started showing up, but within 2 weeks or so, those flowers fell off. Since it was late August at that point, I gave up hope. Make sure u water them at least every other day and water them deeply,, they have extentive root systems that love water ,, also full sun is required and a good vegetable fertilizer will help,, be sure and get cages or stake the plants

My parents have a tomato garden and don’t know how to cure late blight. It’s killing our “mates”.

This is my first garden and I want to produce good crops. I also have watermelon, jalepeno, and cucumber. I know I should start them inside, but when, and when do I move them out.

I have a 4 foot by 8 foot vegetable garden without any vegetables in it yet. I was thinking about a tomato sauce garden. Does anyone know what I should plant at what times ? or whether to start seeds or buy plants? thanks I hope it works
