Water Gardening

Is it true that you should water your garden plants every night for one hour,and never to water them on a sunny day?

i would like to make an indoor water garden in a large ceramic pot and was wondering if anybody has ever tried it, some tips and suggestions would be appreciated. plants, fish, problems etc.

I always water my garden around 5 in the afternoon. It’s summer time and soils are really dry that they crack. How much water should I leave? I have red palms, palm tree, cactus and others.. I am planning to built a small water cascade(like a water falls) in my garden. The area I can use is six feet by three feet.

Im saving rainwater in a bucket to water my vegetable garden with. A co-worker said this would harm my plants. I’ve never heard of this. Any thoughts? Thanks

So my aero garden is constantly telling me that my water level is low. However it isnt! It is totally filled. How can i fix this? I think maybe the roots are just clogging things. Is this possible? Have you encountered this problem?
